if you think about it, the statement “you don’t know you’re beautiful, that’s what makes you beautiful” is kinda paradoxical

“good as hell pizza taqutios bruh”- a recipe by me
ok so what you’re gonna need is
- smallish flour tortillas
- pepperoni
- ragu pizza sauce (get the green cap one, yellow taste like ass)
- mexican four cheese blend or w/e the heck that’s called
ok so what you’re gonna do is
take like 3 tortillas out the fridge and if they’re really cold microwave them for like 15 seconds
spread a small spoonful of sauce in like a circle shape in the middle of the tortilla and then arrange 6 pieces of pepperoni in like a circle with like 1 more in the middle (look at the picture) (and trust me just do it this way)
then you take a pinch of cheese (to taste) and put it in a straight line over 3 pieces of pepperoni
and then put 3 more pieces of pepperoni over the cheese (like directly over the pieces of pepperoni underneath the cheese idk?)
then here’s where it gets tricky- rolling them up. all that stuff doesn’t wanna stay when you roll it up, because you have to roll it up pretty tight. don’t just flop it over, you wanna roll it really thin, so you kinda gotta use your fingers to keep the pepperoni from overflowing out the side (when you do it you’ll see what i mean)
and then that’s it! do that with all the ones you wanna make, then cook them in a regular ol frying pan on medium heat until they’re brown on both sides (flip them over every couple of minutes until they’re done)
let them sit for a few minutes to cool and voila
good as hell pizza taquitos
each one is about 200 calories
i’m reblogging this because i’m about to make these and you guys really need to try them they’re really good
